Job Overview

Our employer is a growing eco-friendly food packaging distributor supplying bakeries, butchers and wholesalers across the UK. We are looking for a proactive and reliable

Customer Sales Representative to join our office-based sales and customer service team.

This role is well suited to someone who enjoys customer interaction, telesales and supporting sales growth while also contributing to the smooth running of the office.

Main

Duties & Responsibilities Key Tasks
  • Manage telesales activity, customer service, order processing, and new customer development
  • Identify and target new sales opportunities through research and agreed sales campaigns
  • Provide administrative and internal sales support to the Business Development Manager and Directors
  • Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and general office administration
  • Support the development of internal telesales processes and assist with staff training when required
  • Assist with BRCGS internal audits and attend relevant training
  • Represent Verona Eco professionally, promoting a positive company culture with customers and suppliers
  • Maintain a clean and organised office environment in line with company standards.
