Associate Director / Director - EU Sales (Regulatory Services)

• Experience in business development within Life Sciences, with strong closing capabilities.
• Proven ability to build and manage a sales pipeline, from initial contact to deal closure.
• Track record of securing new business and establishing client trust.
• Experience with managing large-scale outsourcing or managed service deals.
• Strong communication skills and ability to act as a trusted advisor.
• Educational background at Master or Bachelor level, or equivalent.
• Experience in Life Sciences products and services sales.
• Proactive, organized, and adaptable approach to managing multiple accounts.
• Entrepreneurial mindset suitable for dynamic teams.
• Ability to expand contacts within target accounts and nurture key relationships.
• Experience in implementing go-to-market strategies and collaborating across departments.
• Background in consultative solution sales and client confidence building.
