- Hikvision therefore requires the Business Development manager to act as the ambassador of the company and brand, delivering the following key tasks:
- Develop/Manage Industrial market, and carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys
- Find potential business opportunities and business growth points
- Approaching and establishing new, solid and long-term relationships with distributors and end users
- Presentation of the solution to potential customers
- Support marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events
- Work closely with colleagues in the regional sales team
- Perform lobbying in associations and interest groups
- Assist consultants to specify projects
- Position HIKMICRO as the preferred product for consultants
- Prepare reports required by the management
- At least 5 years of experience in the Thermal Imaging market
- Proven negotiation skills on corporate level
- Being open minded to working in a multi-cultural company
- Being self-driven and ambitious to be part of a winning culture
- Relevant experience of Infrared Thermography
- Relevant experience of instrumentation like flow meters, pressure transmitter, pyrometer manufacturer
- Experienced in Outlook and related products
