We are seeking an experienced Freelance Sub-Agent to support ongoing defence projects based s role is ideal for professionals with strong site and commercial experience who are accustomed to working within secure, highly regulated defence environments.
Key Responsibilities- Support site-based delivery and commercial management of defence works
- Assist with cost control, valuations, variations, and reporting
- Liaise with site teams, clients, and supply chain partners
- Ensure compliance with contractual, safety, and security requirements
- Maintain accurate records in line with defence protocols
- Current and valid UK Security Clearance (SC minimum - must be active)
- Previous experience on defence, naval, or secure government sites
- Strong understanding of construction contracts (NEC preferred)
- Ability to work on site at Faslane
- Right to work in the UK
