Mitie is looking for a Retail Security Officer who can deliver exceptional customer service while creating a safe shopping environment, free from the fear of crime for customers and colleagues.

• Hold a current SIA licence or SIA Certificates
• Desired:
  Hold an SIA CCTV licence
• Have a full 5‑year background checkable employment/education history

• Deliver industry leading customer service
• Deterrence of violence and public order offences
• Conduct patrols of the store
• Utilise CCTV systems to support reduction of crime and stock loss
• Liaise with store management teams
• Liaise with Police and crime partnership organisations to foster a working relationship that supports crime reduction in store
• Wear Body Worn CCTV to enhance crime reduction and increase colleague and customer safety
