Social Worker - Children & Families

Overview

Relish the opportunity to work with a social group in this well established council. A senior manager is looking for an experienced social worker to join their safeguarding team in the central belt.

This role requires an experienced social worker who can come in and pick up a manageable caseload with a few complex pieces of work. You will be expected to work a hybrid model, with only 2 days in the office per week.

You’ll receive the exclusive Leaders in Care loyalty bonus – a top up on the standard pay rate for that council (minimum £1 per hour).

The senior managers are supportive, reassuring and conduct supervision regularly.

Additionally, there is a market-leading referral fee of £500 per placement if you refer a friend or colleague who is placed.

As this is a statutory role, you require a social work qualification and registration with Scottish Social Services.
