Who you’ll be working for:Our client is a privately owned UK medical equipment business specialising in advanced shockwave therapy systems for the treatment of ligament and tendon-related conditions. Supplying capital equipment, typically valued between £14,000 and £72,000, the company works across the NHS, private hospitals, specialist sports clinics and elite professional sport. The organisation is recognised as a market specialist and continues to grow within the expanding MSK and sports injury sector.
Operating with a lean, commercially focused structure, Territory Managers are given genuine autonomy to manage their region as a business unit. With direct training and mentorship from the Managing Director and clear scope for increased responsibility as the company expands, this is an opportunity to build both revenue and long‑term career progression within a specialist, clinically credible market.
Opportunity to be trained directly by the MD who is a recognised figure in the marketplace. The business is growing day by day. What you’ll be doing:- Sell to NHS, Private hospitals, clinics, professional sports teams and high‑profile athletes.
- Business manage the South of the UK, selling, demonstrating and negotiating for capital equipment valued at £14-72k.
- Manage your region as your own business unit and earn bonus.
- Stakeholder engagement with physiotherapists, occupational therapists, podiatrists, private sports clinic managers, heads of physiotherapy in professional sports clubs and elite professional athletes.
- Good anatomy and physiology knowledge and ideally experience or ideas about sports injuries (sports science/physiotherapy, sports medicine market, osteopathy/chiropody/podiatry).
- Can‑do attitude, personable, driven to succeed and willing to travel.
