The Opportunity

As our Service Sales Manager, you will report to the Director of Service.

On a typical day, you may:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet service sales targets, identify new business opportunities, and expand our customer base.
  • Manage customer relationships by building and maintaining strong ties with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring high satisfaction levels, and addressing issues promptly.
  • Conduct market analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer needs, using insights to refine sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor performance by analyzing sales data, preparing reports for management, and implementing improvements.
  • Manage budgets for parts sales, focusing on margin management and resource efficiency to meet sales objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Qualifications

    We are looking for candidates with:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
    • At least 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in a related industry.
    • A proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading successful sales teams.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to analyze data and develop strategic sales initiatives.
