This role is the heartbeat of our daily operations. If you’re organized, confident on the phone, and energized by keeping things running smoothly, you’ll fit right in!

Schedule and coordinate service calls using Service Titan

Dispatch technicians with accuracy and urgency

Provide outstanding customer service on every inbound and outbound call

Follow up on open estimates and customer opportunities

Stay composed under pressure, especially during emergency calls

Keep detailed notes and ensure seamless communication across the team

Contribute to a culture built on teamwork, accountability, and scalable growth

High energy, strong communication, and a friendly, professional phone presence

Ability to multitask and stay organized when the pace picks up

Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems

Customer service or dispatch experience preferred

Service Titan experience is a plus, not a must
