Compensation

$75,000+/Year (Base + Bonuses)

What You’ll Do

• Operate the property within approved financial guidelines and budget
• Drive results by increasing income and reducing expenses
• Maintain strong occupancy rates
• Lead and supervise staff, including scheduling and delegation of duties
• Enforce company policies, ensuring compliance across all operations
• Report weekly and monthly performance metrics to the Regional Property Manager
• Build community with resident retention programs and appreciation events
• Oversee leasing operations and maintenance teams
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, city regulations, and Fair Housing guidelines
• Manage vendor relationships to maintain cost-effective operations

What We’re Looking For

• Solid knowledge of Fair Housing regulations
• At least 2-3 years of property management experience
• Demonstrated leadership and staff supervision experience
• Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (App Folio experience is a plus)
