Responsible for visual inspection of wax pattern and dressing of defects, and other various tasks related to pattern manufacturing.

• Visually inspect wax patterns to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Dress defects using hot torches and hot plates; trim flash; fix air bubbles; label patterns; assemble parts; apply sealant; keep work area clean.
• Accurately report daily production quantities.

• Job is performed at a workbench where you have the option to sit or stand. Work requires attention to detail, steady hands, good visual acuity.
• Constant use of both upper extremities to inspect, dress, repair, label and seal wax patterns. Frequent use of hand tools; reach / handle activities at waist, knee, shoulder, overhead.
• Push/lift 10-35 lbs.
