Schedule:
Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (3-day weekends every week!)
💵 Pay:$15 – $16 per hour
🔎 General
We are seeking dedicated Injection Molding Operators to join our Willoughby facility! You’ll be responsible for operating and maintaining injection molding machines, ensuring consistent quality, performing basic troubleshooting, and keeping production running smoothly.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
👀 Monitor machine operations to ensure products meet quality standards and detect any malfunctions.
📏 Measure and visually inspect parts using precision tools to verify conformance.
🏭 Operate molding machines to produce thermoplastic parts.
🧰 Remove finished products from molds and trim excess material.
🔧 Adjust machine controls (pressure, temperature, cycle times, etc.).
▶️ Perform machine start-up and shut-down procedures.
🎨 Handle color changes and material adjustments.
📦 Load/unload parts and conduct visual inspections.
🚨 Report any machine deficiencies to maintenance.
🧹 Maintain cleanliness of equipment and work area.
✅ Perform other duties as assigned.
🎓
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
1+ year of experience operating injection molding machines.
Knowledge of machine functions and troubleshooting.
