Overview

We are Smartland, and we are seeking dedicated Grounds Crew Members to maintain the exterior and common areas of multiple apartment communities. This role is essential in keeping our properties clean, safe, and visually appealing for residents and visitors.

• Landscaping & Lawn Care:
  Mowing, edging, trimming, planting, watering, and seasonal leaf cleanup.
• Grounds Maintenance:
  Sweeping sidewalks, clearing debris, and maintaining flower beds.
• Snow & Ice Removal:
  Shoveling, salting walkways, and ensuring safe access to buildings.
• Trash & Waste Management:
  Regularly emptying outdoor trash bins, picking up litter, and ensuring dumpster areas are tidy.
• Minor Repairs:
  Assisting with small exterior maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, fixing fences, or painting as needed.
• General Property Care:
  Reporting safety hazards, maintenance needs, or any issues to management promptly.

• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Basic experience in landscaping, maintenance, or groundskeeping preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor.
• Reliable transportation to job sites within the Greater Cleveland area.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive work ethic.
