Pine Ridge Restoration | Full-Time
Pine Ridge Restoration is hiring a Water Damage Mitigation Technician to join our emergency response services (ERS) team. This is a fast-paced, hands‑on role where you’ll help homeowners and businesses recover from unexpected water/fire/storm damage. If you’re reliable, motivated, and looking for a career with real advancement, this could be the perfect fit!
💧 Position OverviewYou’ll respond to emergency water losses, extract water, remove contaminated building materials, set up drying equipment, monitor job progress, document your work, and communicate with customers during stressful situations. This role is physical, fast‑moving, and highly rewarding.
💵 Pay & Schedule- $60,000 - $90,000 annual base pay depending on experience
- Performance bonuses to increase pay to $80,000 - $100,000
- Full‑time schedule:
Monday - Friday - On‑call rotation: 1-2 days per week
- Overtime always available
- Respond to water damage emergencies
- Perform water extraction, demo, clean up, and structural drying
- Set and monitor drying equipment
- Take moisture readings and document job conditions (notes & photos)
- Communicate with homeowners, supervisors, & property managers
- Maintain clean vehicles, equipment, and worksites
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in physically demanding environments
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Ability to work in basements, crawlspaces, and tight spaces
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Experience in water mitigation, restoration, construction, or related trades is a major plus
- IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD) are a plus
- However, no experience is required — we will train motivated candidates who want to build a career
