Sign Installer​/Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a Sign Installer/Technician who will be responsible for assembling components and products, as well as, installing products into and around businesses. You will work Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. with overtime available.

Job Responsibilities:

• Verify site measurements against drawings
• Confirm permits and client approvals are in place
• Ensure power source is accessible and approved for use
• Stage materials in designated areas
• Align and level sign components per specifications
• Secure fasteners according to manufacturer guidelines
• Coordinate with licensed electrician for any hardworking or power hook-ups
• Inspect installation and ensure signage is firmly mounted and powered
• Conduct client walk-through, obtain sign-off, and photograph final installation

Job Requirements

Job Qualifications:

• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to use hand and power tools effectively
• Must be familiar with assembly line processes
• Experience operating lifts is a plus; certification may be required
• Must have the ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently or as part of a team
• Must be able to pay a high attention to detail with a focus on producing high-quality work
• Must be comfortable standing for extended periods of time and lift materials as needed
• Must have a solid work history with no attendance issues
• Must have a valid driver's license; CDL is a plus
