Assistant Management Accountant

A well-established UK business within the manufacturing sector is seeking an Assistant Management Accountant to join their team in Eastleigh, Hampshire. • Supporting the month-end close cycle through balance sheet reconciliations and journal entries
• Assisting with payroll processes and supporting the transition from weekly to monthly payroll
• Managing transactional finance functions, including accounts payable and receivable
• Contributing to budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis projects
• Supporting audit preparations and other ad hoc financial activities

• Currently studying part-qualified or actively working towards relevant qualifications (study support available)
• Demonstrates strong organisational skills with attention to detail
• Proficient in Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs
• Possesses good communication and teamwork skills with a proactive mindset
• Interested in developing broader financial expertise within a supportive environment
