Location: Eastleigh
Hours of work: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Salary: £14 to £16.00 per hour
Duration: This is a temporary ongoing position for at least 12 weeks, which may lead to a 6-month FTC.
Role OverviewAs a Scheduler/Coordinator, you will be a key contact for external contractors and suppliers. Your responsibilities include providing daily administrative support, liaising with trades teams, raising job requests, purchase orders, and invoicing.
Key Duties- Experience in prioritizing workload in a busy environment.
- Excellent communication, administration, and customer service skills across all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and in-house database systems.
- Knowledge of job scheduling and raising work requests.
- Organized, efficient, and a team player.
