The Role:Are you a dedicated and enthusiastic administrative professional, looking for a business support role that could make a real difference to children’s lives in our region?
Adopt South is the partnership Regional Adoption Agency for Hampshire, Isle of Wight, Portsmouth and Southampton local.
Trigger authorities, who provide a range of services to prospective adopters(s), adoptive families, adoptees and birth family members.
In this role, you will be trusted to handle sensitive and confidential information with accuracy and care, often within tight timescales. You’ll help ensure that safeguarding processes run smoothly by maintaining high quality records, uploading essential information to our IT systems, and contributing to key reporting tasks that keep children safe. As a confident team player, you’ll collaborate closely with colleagues while also being comfortable taking ownership of your tasks and using your judgment.
Your strong administrative background, excellent IT skills and clear communication style will be genuinely valued here. At Adopt South, you’ll be part of a supportive, committed team making a real difference to children and families every day.
