About the Role

As a Managing Quantity Surveyor (Residential) within the Development team you will provide commercial management of all residential elements of the One Horton Heath project, leading other members of the quantity surveying team.

You will ensure effective delivery through managing efficient procurement of services, managing contracts and budgets. You will be required to lead negotiations relating to project delivery and oversee all procurement services. Work will include producing and managing construction budgets, effective risk management, and tendering all external appointments for both consultants and contractors.

About You
  • Demonstrable track record on similar residential construction projects and senior quantity surveying experience.
  • Experience managing consultants, contractors and suppliers, working with JCT and NEC contracts and developing budgets.
  • Knowledge and experience of procurement and cost management.
  • People management experience, strong commercial acumen, clear communication and effective negotiation skills.
