A public sector client is seeking a Building Surveyor for a 3-month contract based in Southampton. Responsibilities include managing projects addressing damp and mould issues, ensuring compliance with CDM and health and safety, and delivering work on budget. The ideal candidate will have HNC-level education in Building Surveying or equivalent experience, along with excellent report writing skills and knowledge of relevant legislation.
This is an on-site role with a focus on site and office work.
