Hands-On Drainage Civils Operative | Groundworks Team

Browne Construction is seeking two General Operatives in Eastleigh to support civils work on the drainage network. In this hands-on role, you'll contribute to ensuring site activities are carried out safely and efficiently, working closely with a Team Leader. A positive attitude and commitment to safety are essential, along with a willingness to learn and follow instructions.

The ideal candidates will bring reliability and good communication skills, and while experience in groundworks or utilities is preferred, motivated individuals ready to grow will also be considered.
