Dynamite Recruitment are proud to be recruiting on behalf of a well established business that are seeking an experienced Key Accounts Executive to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity, and will allow you to build relationships and maximise the account
The Role of a Key Account Executive:- To be a trusted point of contact for the customer
- Manage and deal with queries and complaints
- To understand customers requirements and ensure delivery to maximise customer satisfaction
- To ensure customer SLA’s are adhered to
- Communicate with other internal departments across the business
- To promote products and services to maximise customer accounts
- To hold customer review meetings
- To ensure customer accounts are paid in the agreed time frames
- To work closely with your designated administrator and senior management teams
- To maintain contact with your allocated customer base
- MUST be confident in dealing with customers
