Part 2 Architectural Assistant / Architectural Technologist High-End Residential Interiors | London
I’m working with a highly regarded, design-led residential interiors studio that is looking to add a Tecnical Part 2 Architectural Assistant or Architectural Technologist to its growing team. This 15-strong practice is known for delivering exceptional, high-end residential interiors and is currently working on a number of exciting luxury projects across London and beyond.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about interior architecture, detailing, and craftsmanship, and who wants to be part of a studio that genuinely values its people.
About the Role You’ll be working closely with senior designers and architects on beautifully crafted private residential projects, supporting projects from concept through to technical delivery. The role offers real exposure to luxury interiors, bespoke detailing, and coordination with high-end contractors and consultants.
Depending on your background, the role can lean more towards design development or technical detailing, making it well suited to both Part 2 Architectural Assistants and Architectural Technologists.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the design and delivery of high-end residential interior projects
- Produce detailed drawings and technical packages
- Support coordination with consultants, suppliers, and contractors
- Contribute to design development, FF&E coordination, and bespoke detailing
- Work collaboratively within a close-knit studio environment
- Part 2 Architectural Assistant or qualified Architectural Technologist
- Experience working on residential or interior-led projects is highly desirable
- Strong drawing and detailing skills
- Proficiency in CAD and/or BIM (software experience flexible depending on background)
- A good eye for design, interiors, and materiality
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and keen to learn
- Strong communication and team-working skills
