AboutThe Role
We are looking for a Design Coordinator to coordinate the design, construction and planning processes. In this pivotal role working closely with the Technical Manager and the Development Planning Manager, you will be a key part of the team responsible for turning planning and concept‑stage designs into detailed design packages which are capable of delivering the housing build. You will manage the preparation of detailed design packages and schedules for specific works elements, ensuring technical and regulatory compliance in all designs, as well as prepare programmes and set out timescales for the delivery of design packages.
Engaging and working with external design and construction agencies you will ensure our planning and building regulations are discharged appropriately.
You will have a solid background in a similar role and be confident working in a multi‑disciplinary team managing your own workload and ensuring priorities are met.
