Pay: £14-£16 per hour (dependent on experience)

Supply Desk is currently recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistant or Nursery Nurse (Level 2 or 3 qualified) to support a well-regarded nursery in the Chichester area. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a nurturing team and a welcoming environment.

• Ofsted-rated "Outstanding", with a strong focus on nurturing each child's early development
• Promotes social confidence, creativity, and curiosity through imaginative play and hands-on learning
• Welcomes children of all backgrounds in an inclusive, caring, and stimulating environment
• Offers a wide range of exciting and enriching experiences to support every child's growth and love of learning

• Providing high-quality care and learning opportunities for children aged 3 months to 4 years
• Supporting children's emotional, social, and cognitive development
• Working closely with parents and colleagues to meet each child's individual needs
• Creating a stimulating and safe learning environment
• Keeping accurate and up-to-date records of children's progress

• A CACHE Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in childcare (or equivalent)
• Experience working with young children in a nursery or early years setting
• A genuine passion for supporting children's early development
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to working within a team
• A solid understanding of safeguarding and child protection
