• Deliver engaging teaching across Built Environment programmes, including T Levels and Level 3/4 qualifications.
• Support learners to achieve their academic and career goals through high‑quality teaching, assessment and pastoral support.
• Act as a Personal Tutor and contribute to course leadership, quality assurance and curriculum development.
• Build strong links with employers and support industry placements and learner progression.

• Practical surveying expertise, including façade surveying, total stations and automatic levels.
• Experience of teaching or supporting apprentices/learners in the workplace.
• Excellent communication, organisation and IT skills.
• Industry experience within the Built Environment sector.

• Relevant degree and/or professional qualification.
• Level 4 qualification in a relevant discipline (or willingness to achieve).
• Teaching qualification desirable.

• Innovative, adaptable and learner‑focused.
• Passionate about developing future industry talent.
• Committed to continuous professional development and inclusive practice.
