Youth Options delivers targeted outdoor youth work and alternative provision programmes for children and young people who are at risk of disengagement from education, school exclusion, or socialexclusion.
As an Outdoor Learning Leader, you will use outdoor environments, practical activities andrelational youth work approaches to engage children and young people who may struggle in traditional classroom or indoor settings. You will support their social, emotional and behavioural development to encourage reengagement with learning.
Contract Type: Permanent
Location: Outdoor Learning Centre in Totton and Eastleigh with visits to various schools
Hours: 26 hours over 4 days, Tuesday to Friday.
Reports to: Team Leader
Starting Salary: £25,545.00, pro rata
Start Date: 18th October 2026
