EYFS/KS1 Learning Support Assistant Location – Eastleigh

Permanent, full time (temp to perm through agency)

The hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 3.30pm

Daily Pay - £92.63

A lovely primary school based in Eastleigh is looking for a caring and motivated LSA to join their Reception and KS1 team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced LSA looking for a fulfilling role to support children with their learning and development.

Applicants should have:
  • Previous experience of working in an EYFS/KS1 setting
  • Relevant references
  • An enhanced child only DBS on the update service or willing to obtain one
  • Relevant training for the role is desired but not essential
  • An up to date CV outlining education and employment history
We are looking for a Learning Support Assistant who:
  • Has a passion for working with children, and helping them improve in character through developing their resilience and mindset
  • Is flexible, energetic, resilient and committed to working with all children, including those who may need higher levels of support in order to learn
  • Has the creativity to design activities to encourage and engage children
  • Knows the importance of keeping children safe
  • Is a team player, able to inspire and work in partnership with staff, parents and pupils

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
