SEN Teaching Assistant - Complex Needs School
Southampton
£14.30 per hour
Teaching Personnel are seeking SEN Teaching Assistants to support pupils in specialist schools in Southampton
.
These schools support students with EHCPs and complex needs
, including pupils with autism, communication needs and complex medical needs
.
- Supporting pupils with daily learning and communication
- Assisting with personal care when required
- Supporting sensory and therapeutic activities
- Helping create a calm and supportive learning environment
We welcome applicants with backgrounds such as:
- SEN education
- Care or support work
- Health or medical support roles
- Camp America or youth work
- Nursery or childcare roles
- Minimum 4 days availability per week
- Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply
- A caring, patient and reliable attitude
