Fledge is an exciting and developing charity offering accommodation and support to homeless and vulnerable people across Eastleigh Borough.
We are now looking to recruit a dynamic and self-motivated Support Worker (Supported Housing) – Full Time and/or Part Time to provide 1:1 and group support to men and women (aged 18-35) living in our supported houses.
Hours:
Core onsite hours 37.5 or min 22.5 hours to include Monday (some out of hours and on call required)
Join our dedicated team and make a real difference in the lives of homeless and vulnerable young adults.
You will help our residents in achieving their goals and improving their quality of life through person-led support.
We are looking for people with:
- Experience of 1:1 work & developing support plans with vulnerable people
- Knowledge and understanding of homelessness
- An ability to work within and promote the Christian ethos of the project
An enhanced DBS check will be required for the successful applicant.
