Salary: Circa £64,418 + up to 15% discretionary bonus

As an AWS Cloud Engineer, you’ll be at the heart of our cloud transformation journey. You will design, deploy, and manage AWS infrastructure that powers production workloads across networking, storage, and application services. You will build resilient, secure, and observable cloud services using AWS‑native technologies, ensuring our platforms are robust and future‑ready. This role spans the full lifecycle, from architecting to migrating traditional infrastructure into a modern, scalable environment.

You will work hands‑on with infrastructure design, automation, observability, and cross‑cloud security integrations, while collaborating closely with stakeholders to turn requirements into real‑world solutions.

• AWS Expertise: strong experience in designing and managing AWS services for production environments.
• Migration: proven track record of moving traditional infrastructure into the cloud.
• Security & Observability: understanding of best practices for building secure, monitored, and resilient systems.
• Automation & CI/CD: familiarity with tools and practices that streamline deployments and improve reliability.

• Scripting:
  Power Shell, Python, or Bash
• Containerization & Orchestration:
  Docker, container registry (ACR)
• CI/CD implementation:
  Azure Dev Ops Pipelines and YAML automation
• Monitoring / observability:
  Datadog, Grafana Cloud, Open Telemetry, Cloud Watch, Prometheus, Loki
