• Design, own and deliver the metadata roadmap.
• Lead Collibra and Unity Catalog configuration, rollout, and value realisation plans.
• Use metadata tooling and processes to enable the effective delivery of Data Governance & Data Quality outcomes with key stakeholders.
• Promote metadata tooling purpose and value through data forums, workshops and demos to maximise output and value from business tooling investment.
• Use metadata tooling capability to optimise and automate data governance processes and support major data migration and business integration programmes, underpinned by focused and measurable performance metrics.

• Metadata Expertise:
  Collibra specialist with strong data cataloguing and lineage knowledge, as well as strong Databricks Unity Catalog experience.
• Delivery Leadership:
  Experience designing and executing against delivery roadmaps that are underpinned by purposeful outcomes and value.
• Communication:
  Ability to translate technical solutions into clear and understandable business outcomes and value.
• Governance Focus:
  Excellent understanding of Data Governance/Data Quality best practice and strong experience of using metadata tooling capabilities to deliver business value.
• Coaching:
  
  Experience developing junior data governance and data quality stakeholders, and ability to set a vision and delivery path that junior members of the team can execute against. Strong influencing skills that enable Data Owners and Stewards to be effective in the execution of their duties, putting metadata tooling at the heart of data governance process enablement.
