We're looking for an experienced ERP Consultant to join a growing technology business in Chandlers Ford. This is an exciting opportunity to work across a varied customer base, helping businesses improve their processes through the implementation and development of flexible ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
As an ERP Consultant, you'll work closely with customers to understand their requirements and implement solutions that improve the way their businesses operate.
Manage ERP implementation projects from requirements gathering through to go-live
Analyse, design and re-engineer business processes
Gather and document customer requirements
Design system functionality to meet individual business needs
Configure and implement new ERP modules
Support system testing and resolve issues
Deliver customer training and provide go-live support
Build strong relationships with customers throughout each implementation
What we're looking for:
We're looking for someone with a strong understanding of business processes who enjoys solving problems and working closely with customers.
Previous experience in ERP implementation, consultancy or a similar role
Experience of business process analysis, design or re-engineering
Strong requirements gathering and problem-solving skills
Confident communicator who can work effectively with customers
Comfortable supporting testing, training and go-live activities
Organised, analytical and able to manage multiple projects
A genuine interest in technology and improving business processes
