My client, a UK Top 50 firm, is seeking an experienced Employment Lawyer (5+ PQE) to join its market-leading employment law team. This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a nationally recognised department that regularly advises on matters of complexity and value comparable to those handled by London firms.

You will act for major employers across diverse sectors, including technology, AI, logistics, energy, and infrastructure. The role offers exposure to both contentious and non-contentious work, with a particular focus on complex employment litigation and senior-level corporate support. In addition to delivering high-quality legal advice, you will play a key role in managing client relationships, mentoring junior lawyers, and contributing to business development initiatives.
