Family Associate / Partner (5+ PQE)

We are recruiting for an experienced Family Associate or Partner (5+ PQE) to join a top-tier, Legal 500 and Chambers ranked Family team based in Southampton
.

You will join a well-established and regionally recognised Family team with a strong presence across Hampshire and beyond. The role will involve:

• Managing a varied and high-quality Family law caseload
• Advising on complex financial matters arising from divorce
• Children matters and cohabitation disputes
• Pre- and post-nuptial agreements
• Acting for high-net-worth individuals, including rural and agricultural clients

In addition to fee‑earning, you will:

• Play a leading role in team management, strategy and supervision
• Actively engage in business development and profile‑building

• Senior Family Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years' PQE
• Currently operating at Associate or Partner level
  , or ready to step up
• Strong technical background in private Family law
• Proven ability to manage cases independently and delegate effectively
• Commercially minded with a strong network of referrers
• Experience in non‑court dispute resolution (mediation, collaborative law, or One Couple One Lawyer) is desirable
