Communal Services Cleaner

We’re really excited to be looking for a Communal Services Cleaner to join our friendly, frontline team.

Working across Eastleigh and the surrounding areas
, you’ll help make sure our customers live in clean, tidy and inviting environments. You’ll travel between sites, following a planned rota, and take pride in delivering a consistently high standard of cleaning across communal spaces.

You’ll use simple technology to capture your work - taking photos or sharing quick updates - helping us make sure our customers always receive the high standard of service they expect.

You’ll bring a real pride in what you do and a genuine passion for making a difference to our customers’ homes and communities.

• Be self-motivated and take ownership of your work
• Enjoy being out and about, where no two days are the same
• Have a positive, can-do attitude and go the extra mile
• Be comfortable working independently across multiple locations

A full driving licence is essential so you can travel between sites and keep our service running smoothly.
