MOT Tester – Eastleigh Salary: £36,000 + £1 per MOT + Overtime

We are currently recruiting for an experienced MOT Tester to join a busy and professional workshop in Eastleigh.
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified MOT Tester looking to join an established business, with a competitive basic salary, £1 paid for every MOT completed
, and additional overtime available.

The Role As an MOT Tester, you will be responsible for carrying out MOT tests to the highest standards, ensuring vehicles meet all relevant safety and regulatory requirements.

• Carrying out MOT tests in line with DVSA standards
• Identifying and accurately reporting vehicle defects
• Completing MOT documentation and associated paperwork
• Carrying out vehicle inspections and safety checks
• Advising on any repairs or remedial work required
• Working closely with the wider workshop team
• Maintaining a clean, safe and professional working environment
• Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to a high standard

• Current MOT Tester qualification
• Previous experience within a busy workshop environment
• Strong knowledge of MOT standards and DVSA regulations
• Good diagnostic and fault-finding skills
• High attention to detail
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Premium or main dealer experience would be advantageous
• A genuine passion for working on high-quality vehicles

• £36,000 basic salary
