We’re looking for several committed, flexible, and driven individuals to support our client on the outskirts of Eastleigh. The business we’re supporting have recently invested in a new site, installing top‑of‑the‑line equipment and offering a fantastic working environment with exceptional facilities.

The role itself is working on a fast‑moving production line and will involve helping to pick, part‑assemble and finish small items at a rapid pace. This position doesn’t need prior experience but examples of attention to detail should be clearly visible in your CV. This position could be well suited to individuals currently working in catering or retail, looking for more security, consistent hours and no evenings or weekend hours.

The successful applicants will join a supportive, close‑knit team that share in success and are rewarded accordingly. This Assembly Operative role offers an immediate start and a stable Monday to Friday schedule.

• Regular Monday to Friday hours (no weekend working)
• Free on‑site parking
• Excellent facilities and working environment
• Overtime available on weekends and after set working hours
• Training & development: introduction to company values and ongoing support from your manager

• Supporting a fast‑moving production line
• Following pick lists and preparing kits
• Picking parts for the production team
• Packing and labelling parts with a strong eye for detail
• Inspecting parts for defects and damage
• Quality checking products
• Booking in goods using computer systems

Although the role doesn’t need prior experience, please advise where you’re able to demonstrate attention to detail.
