Production Operative ( Driving Licence

24-7 People Solutions are recruiting for Production Operative with driving licence for a leading Automotive assembly company based in Eastleigh.

Salary: £12.21 per hour

Full‑time, 38 hours per week. You must be able to arrive at the site by 06:15 am and use your own transport.

• Monday: 06:30 – 16:30
• Tuesday: 06:30 – 16:30
• Wednesday: 06:30 – 16:30
• Thursday: 06:30 – 16:30
• Friday:
  Day off

Break times: 10:00 am – 15 min paid, 12:00 pm – 12:30 pm lunch unpaid, 15:00 pm – 15 min paid

• General production assembly duties
• Loading/unloading
• Use of air tools and impact guns
• Quality checking
• Using electric vehicle

• Previous production/assembly experience
• Positive attitude (Essential)
• Flexibility (Essential)
• Excellent organisational skills (Essential)
• Valid driving licence
• Previous experience using air tools

Training provided on site. After this the next step will be to meet one of our account managers onsite for a site tour and induction.

This is a long‑term ongoing role that can lead to a full‑time contract for the right candidates.
