Owen Daniels is seeking a Production Manager for its Eastleigh/Southampton site. Up to £60,000 with a 5% bonus, flexible hours and early finish Fridays. You will report to the Director of Production and manage a team of 10–20 staff, overseeing planning, budgets and delivery of projects safely and on time.
The role focuses on production planning, capacity management and team performance, with hands-on leadership to drive improvements and collaboration with Engineering and Procurement.
