We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Lead to join a well-established residential and nursing service in Eastleigh. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced nurse leader who is passionate about delivering outstanding person‑centred care, supporting clinical excellence, and inspiring teams to achieve the highest standards.
Working closely with the Home Manager and multidisciplinary teams, you will play a pivotal role in driving quality, ensuring regulatory compliance, and creating an environment where residents can live with dignity, comfort, and purpose.
Key Responsibilities- Provide visible clinical leadership across the service, promoting exceptional standards of nursing and person‑centred care.
- Support, mentor and develop nursing and care teams to achieve best practice and continuous improvement.
- Lead on clinical governance, audits, risk management and quality assurance initiatives.
- Monitor and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Conduct assessments, care planning reviews and clinical evaluations to ensure individual needs are consistently met.
- Support effective medication management and safe clinical practice throughout the service.
- Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals, residents and families to deliver positive outcomes.
- Assist with recruitment, induction, supervision and performance management of clinical staff.
- Promote a culture of compassion, dignity, respect and resident wellbeing.
- Support the Home Manager in achieving operational and quality objectives.
- Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with an active NMC PIN.
- Previous experience in a Clinical Lead, Deputy Manager, Senior Nurse or similar leadership position within elderly care.
- Strong understanding of CQC regulations, clinical governance and care quality standards.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional resident‑focused care.
- Excellent communication, leadership and relationship‑building skills.
- Organised, proactive and committed to continuous improvement.
