We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Lead to join a well-established residential and nursing service in Eastleigh. Working closely with the Home Manager and multidisciplinary teams, you will play a pivotal role in driving quality, ensuring regulatory compliance, and creating an environment where residents can live with dignity, comfort, and purpose.

• Provide visible clinical leadership across the service, promoting exceptional standards of nursing and person‑centred care.
• Support, mentor and develop nursing and care teams to achieve best practice and continuous improvement.
• Lead on clinical governance, audits, risk management and quality assurance initiatives.
• Monitor and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Conduct assessments, care planning reviews and clinical evaluations to ensure individual needs are consistently met.
• Support effective medication management and safe clinical practice throughout the service.
• Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals, residents and families to deliver positive outcomes.
• Assist with recruitment, induction, supervision and performance management of clinical staff.
• Promote a culture of compassion, dignity, respect and resident wellbeing.
• Support the Home Manager in achieving operational and quality objectives.

• Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with an active NMC PIN.
• Previous experience in a Clinical Lead, Deputy Manager, Senior Nurse or similar leadership position within elderly care.
• Strong understanding of CQC regulations, clinical governance and care quality standards.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional resident‑focused care.
• Excellent communication, leadership and relationship‑building skills.
