Job SummaryThe position is based in Southampton and reports to the Team Manager/Head of Centre. The role involves carrying out detailed inventory reports for tenants and landlords, handling mid‑term inspections, and ensuring properties remain in optimal condition.
Key Responsibilities- Arrange and book property inspections with tenants, conducting on average 15 inspections or 5–10 inventories each day.
- Confirm visits prior to attending.
- Collect and return keys from local offices.
- Conduct inspections, checking:
- External condition of the property
- Communal areas (if applicable)
- Internal condition
- Compliance with current legislation
- Risk assessment to ensure the property is free from hazards
- Complete reports and approval process.
- Feed back maintenance issues to the property manager.
- Submit reports to both landlord and tenants, including a written summary and a follow‑up call if issues are noted.
- Diarise follow‑up activities for the property manager.
- Ability and confidence to work independently.
- Organisational skills, time‑management and attention to detail.
- Full UK Driving Licence (required).
