We are seeking a professional and customer centric individual to join our vibrant Property Management team as Trainee Property Relationship Manager
. The key responsibility will be to assist in managing client, tenant and contractor relationships across a portfolio whilst developing the skills required to become a Property Relationship Manager.

This position presents an exciting opportunity within one of the most esteemed and growing estate agencies in the South. The role is ideal for individuals eager to learn and develop a long term career within the property industry. This role is based in Chandler's Ford and offers an OTE of £26,500 pa.

• Assist in managing daily property operations and tenant communications.
• Support leasing processes, inspections, and maintenance coordination.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and CRM updates.
