We are looking for a passionate and vibrant individual to join our kitchen team as a Chef de Partie.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver fresh, seasonal dishes with great quality.
• Work at least 2 sections as part of the kitchen team and follow recipes.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain kitchen standards.

• 3-4 years experience or progression in a service setting with intermediate knife skills and working with classical cooking techniques.
• Passion and a proven track record in delivering great quality and fresh food.

• Hourly rate includes basic + TRONC.
