Car Sales Executive

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Sales Executive position at a well-established dealership. Duties:

Follow the manufacturer’s sales process accurately to meet enquiry management targets
Maintain detailed and accurate vehicle, customer, and sales documentation according to manufacturer standards
Prospect for new and used car customers using various sources and create sales opportunities
Use effective follow-up strategies to build long-term relationships with customers and maximise repeat business
Promote finance solutions and adhere strictly to FCA guidelines when discussing financial products
Oversee the preparation and handover of sold vehicles, ensuring customer understanding of vehicle operation and aftersales support
Participate in sales campaigns, promotional events, and both on-site and off-site activities
Conduct accurate vehicle appraisals for part exchanges

Requirements:

Proven experience in a car sales environment, ideally within prestige or high-end brands
Strong customer service, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
Track record of achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer experiences
Full UK driving licence
Enthusiasm for the automotive industry and delivering memorable customer service
Demonstrable negotiation skills and a ‘can-do’ attitude
Stable employment history in a customer-facing sales role
