• Protect our customer's property, people and/or assets by providing security services in direct accordance with the site's published Assignment Instructions (AI's) and any subsequent changes.
• Deliver results that meet and/or exceed the Key Performance Indicators / Service Level Agreement for the customer through full responsibility and accountability, providing a service that aids in the retention of the contract.
• Undertake additional training to ensure continuous self‑development.
• Fill different positions in the building (including reception/concierge and goods inwards), issue passes and keys, monitor CCTV, and cover reception dealing with visitors from contractors to business personnel.
• Conduct patrols and report incidents.
• Use MS Office, CCTV and access control systems.

• Operations: Be aware of and ensure compliance with all aspects of policies and relevant legal and regulatory requirements as directed by the Security Account Manager and in accordance with UK law and guidance bodies.
• Training: Fully and satisfactorily complete all required competency training; undertake additional training as directed by the Security Account Manager; use technology to achieve key work objectives and develop job knowledge; renew your licence 16 weeks before expiry.
• Security and Health & Safety: Look out for and immediately report any hazards; stay alert to threats or changes; involve others if a situation appears threatening; maintain professional conduct with difficult customers; complete accurate notebook entries for incidents; keep to schedules and demonstrate commitment; conduct check calls; call emergency services and Communication Centre to report all incidents.

• SIA licence essential.
• Access to own transport preferable due to location of sites.
• Corporate security experienced officer or similar (not essential).
