Salary: £18 per hour / £37,500 per annum

About the Role

Nuco Solutions are seeking an experienced Kitchen Fitter to join our client, an established housing association in Eastleigh. This temp-to-perm role offers long-term stability, working on planned kitchen renewals and responsive repairs within occupied social housing properties.

Key Responsibilities

* Complete full kitchen installations, including joinery, plumbing, and fitting appliances.

* Carry out repairs, replacements, and minor adjustments to existing kitchens.

* Deliver excellent workmanship while working in occupied homes.

* Follow health and safety standards at all times.

* Provide professional, friendly customer service to residents.

* Work effectively as part of a wider maintenance and planned works team.

Requirements

* Full UK Driving Licence (van and fuel card provided)

* Experience working within social housing

* Strong joinery and fitting skills

* Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality results
