We are responsible for delivering improvement and cyclical works across the entire operational area of Abri Group. The team utilises in‑house staff and approved subcontractors to carry out major improvement works to customers’ homes, ranging from kitchen renewals and bathroom replacements to roof replacement and insulation. We also perform periodic safety inspections of items such as passenger lifts and electrical installations, and our Contract Surveyors specify and implement a variety of special project works throughout the year.

We are looking for a proactive, highly motivated, professional and friendly Decorator to join our Communal Decorations team. The role involves carrying out internal communal decorations and external decorations, including full washdowns of properties, across Hampshire, Wiltshire, Dorset, Berkshire and the surrounding areas.

Key responsibilities include:

• Completing scheduled work to a high standard within allocated time frames.
• Ensuring cost‑effective delivery and pre‑ordering materials when required.
• Keeping customers informed of progress at every step.
• Maintaining and improving Abri properties while following best practices in building maintenance.
• Covering out‑of‑hours callouts on a rota basis (a clean driving licence is mandatory).

We will provide you with a uniform, a van fitted with a van vault, racking and inverter, a fuel card, company tablet & mobile and all necessary PPE. You will be expected to supply your own hand tools and power tools.
