MOT Technician

Our Client has been established for over 25 years as the biggest MOT/independent garage in the centre of Eastleigh. With growing demand for our MOT/servicing/repair services, we need both an experienced Technician and an MOT tester. If you are both a Tech/Tester, we are interested.

For the successful candidates, there is a £3000 signing-on payment, paid in £1000 instalments over your first 3 months.

Salary expectations:

Salary: £35k to £40k per year
* Bonus Scheme: £10k per year

On Target Earnings: £45k to £50k per year

* includes 26 Saturdays per year

For the right person, part-time would be a consideration and salary & bonus would be pro-rata to the above.

If you want to work for a family-run company that offers support, continual training and advancement in the workshop, then this is the role for you. For the technician role, we are looking for someone with experience up to Master-Tech standard, ideally Level 3, with a great skill set and capable of carrying out work to a high standard. If you are also an MOT tester, that's a plus.

The full-time tester we require must be experienced and have a blemish-free DVSA record.

Successful candidates will be put on the Our Client bonus scheme, which is paid monthly on top of the salary. This is a combined bonus, based on branch performance, making it easier to achieve as a team.
