Options Resourcing are recruiting on behalf of a long‑established, family‑run Plumbing & Heating contractor with a strong reputation for quality workmanship, reliability, and looking after their team. Due to continued growth, they are looking for an experienced Plumbing & Heating Engineer to join a friendly, supportive workforce.

The Role

You will carry out a variety of plumbing and heating installation, service, and maintenance work across domestic and light commercial properties throughout the South Coast. This is a full‑time, permanent role offering stability, autonomy, and the chance to work with a business that genuinely values its people.

Key Responsibilities

Installation, service, and maintenance of domestic plumbing and heating systems

Fault finding, diagnostics, and repairs

Working independently or as part of a small team depending on project size

Ensuring all work meets current safety and compliance standards

Providing excellent customer service and representing the company professionally

Completing job sheets and documentation accurately

Requirements

Essential:

Full UK driving licence

Domestic Gas qualifications

IPAF

PASMA

Strong plumbing and heating experience

Ability to work independently and manage your own workload

Excellent communication and customer‑facing skills
